Compliance Manager/Domiciliary Care Manager – Telford

Salary 40k+bonus+ increase with CQC Registration

We are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join our homecare team in Telford. The role will initially be compliance focussed to lead on a turnaround project to implement new, and upgrade existing policies and procedures relating to CQC quality and compliance, ready for CQC inspection.

You must have demonstrable experience of CQC inspections with good or outstanding results in a domiciliary care setting. Once this initial project is completed, you will then move into the role of CQC Registered Domiciliary Care Manager for this branch in Telford. This is a role where you can really show off your skills and experience and put your stamp on this branch. You will be given lots of autonomy to lead and manage your team and grow your business. This is a good business, though having gone through quite a bit of change in recent years, needs a bit of stability and the right person to join and steady the ship. It has a good staff team and a good reputation locally, and lots of potential.
