This established consumer lender is geared for significant growth over the next few years. This growth will undoubtedly create opportunities for your personal and career development.

Sitting within 2nd line, you’ll support the Head of Compliance with Compliance Advice, Monitoring, Conduct Risk oversight, Data Protection and SMCR.

You’ll help identify, assess and communicate the impact of regulatory and legislative changes and work with the business to implement any required changes.

You’ll provide compliance support and sign-off for financial promotions, customer communications and literature as well as providing Compliance Advisory support to the business.

You’ll also assist with the design and delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan with a focus on Consumer Duty oversight in particular.

You’ll have gained several years’ broad, Regulatory Compliance experience within a consumer lending environment and be familiar with the regulations impacting this sector, including CONC and Consumer Duty in particular.

Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
