Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a leading Domestic Abuse Charity to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager on a permanent basis.

This role is working 30 hours per week.

About the Role

Working as part of our Business Team, you will oversee core compliance functions including:

  • Quality assurance processes
  • Monitoring of commissioned contracts and grant-funded services
  • Ensuring compliance with VAWG sector standards (SafeLives, Women's Aid NQS, RESPECT, national outcomes frameworks)
  • Managing subject access requests, complaints and data queries in line with GDPR
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are maintained to required standards
  • Supporting audits, impact reporting and organisational performance reviews
  • Leading discrete projects such as digital improvement initiatives
  • Line management of the Data Officer and oversight of service-wide data quality

You will also support the development of high-quality reports, evidence-based submissions, and compliance materials that demonstrate our impact to commissioners, funders and stakeholders.
