The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to 45Z and 45Q tax credit compliance across both the Hereford (HF) and Plainview (PV) plant locations. This role ensures accurate data management, contractor and employee compliance, and effective reporting to support monetization of federal tax credits. The Compliance Manager will serve as a central liaison between contractors, internal teams, external auditors, and corporate leadership.
Time will be spent in a temperature-controlled office-based environment. Must be able to speak and listen clearly. Fine visual acuity to read for accuracy. Travel to local contractor offices, and between Hereford, TX and Plainview, TX site locations.
PHYSICAL STRENGTH: This job may require lifting of up to 50 pounds occasionally.
