Overview

Compliance Lead | UK | Remote first

High-growth UK health-tech company building regulated clinical software is hiring a Compliance Lead to own quality, security, and regulatory compliance as products scale deeper into NHS and SaMD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance across ISO 9001, ISO 27001, DCB0129, Cyber Essentials Plus, and take ownership of implementing ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.
• Own QMS, audit readiness, NHS DSP Toolkit, clinical safety collaboration, and act as DPO.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to embed proportionate, delivery-friendly governance.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in health-tech or regulated software, with understanding of NHS assurance and audits, and how to make compliance work in a fast-moving product environment.
• SaMD, UKCA/CE, or clinical safety experience is a strong plus.
