The Opportunity

As a Compliance Coordinator you'll play a key role within both the SHEQ team and across the whole business.

Key Duties
  • Keeping policies, procedures and forms up to date, controlled and accessible for users across the organisation
  • Monitoring legal registers and legislative changes, ensuring proactive updates to systems and processes
  • Leading on internal audit scheduling and delivery, and supporting external audit readiness and successful outcomes
  • Investigating and analysing incidents and trends, ensuring root causes are addressed through clear corrective and preventative actions
  • Supporting readiness across projects and sites, including quality plans, stage gates and operational compliance support
