Overview

Compliance Administrator - Dynamic Fintech

Company: Fintech Company

Location: Liverpool Street (flexible working)

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Start: ASAP

Salary: £26,000-£30,000

End Date: 3 months - potential to remain longer

Location note: Flexible working.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for Compliance queries
  • Effectively drive Compliance projects ensuring that they are tracked
  • Help guide and advise the business regarding FCA, ICO requirements, policies and procedures, and how to achieve Compliance with these
  • Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance
  • Develop and execute new compliance policies and procedures as required
  • Communicate compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments
  • Help maintain policy framework
  • Ensure that all relevant training takes place and is recorded
  • Support with all other adhoc administration for the department
Skills, Experience and Attributes
  • Tons of energy, humour, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Experience with compliance processes
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively act as an intermediary between customers and the sales teams
  • Work well independently as well as collaboratively with the wider business
