Job Description:

Your new firm Our client is a global insurance law firm currently recruiting a Complex Property Lawyer on a largely home-working basis. The team handles high-value, high-profile insurance cases for numerous insurer clients. The work includes subrogated recovery claims (typically over 250K), defendant public liability property damage claims, and policy coverage disputes and advisory work. The team addresses issues arising from fires, floods, storms, water and oil escapes, explosions, impact damage, and similar property damages. Applications are considered nationwide, with occasional travel to Manchester for team meetings.

What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with at least six months' relevant property insurance experience. You should be technically proficient, capable of analyzing complex legal cases, and able to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.
