Complex Care WorkerAbout The Company:The Client provides a high-quality service to 99 residents across 6 specialised units requiring effective, varying complex care as well as providing a comfortable and safe environment.About the role:This position would suit an experienced Care Worker that is currently working within a Care Home setting or NHS / Private Hospital. Reporting to the Care Home Manager you will be part of a quality care team contributing to making a real difference to people’s lives.Duties include:
  • Supporting residents with social & physical activities
  • Helping with personal care (showering, dressing etc)
  • Supporting residents with eating & drinking etc
Skills and Experience:
  • Complex Care Experience Essential
  • NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or willing to work towards this
  • Caring and Positive attitude
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills

  • Week 2 – 4 days: 07.45 to 19.45
Total average per week – 42 per week including every other weekendWe work a rolling rota with three shifts one week and four the next, having every second weekend off.Location: Waterlooville
