Job description

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and their families, working closely with one or a small number of clients in your local area.

  • Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
  • Shift Pattern: 12 hour day or night shifts
  • Client Focus: One client per shift
  • Rota: Set rota with optional overtime

All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You'll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care - preparing you confidently for your first shift.
