A leading organisation is seeking a Complaints and Information Officer to manage FOI requests and ensure efficient handling of complaints. This full-time, temporary position is hybrid with work based in Colindale. The pay rate is £19 - £20 per hour.

Reporting to: Complaints and Information Manager
