Competition Knowledge Paralegal

Groundbreaking US law firm is seeking to hire a new Competition Knowledge Paralegal to join their rapidly growing London office on a permanent basis – this firm is ‘the’ firm to work for!

This Knowledge Paralegal will be based in the Antitrust / Competition department and will assist the Senior Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer with developing and maintaining the team’s know-how and training resources.

Competition Knowledge Paralegal Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and tracking activity in the Antitrust / Competition market updating and maintaining databases
• Assisting with legal research and writing and responding to fee earner queries
• Supporting the antitrust team’s knowledge sharing, including collecting and storing external and internal knowledge and training materials
• Assisting with building and maintaining databases of precedent
• Maintaining matter sites (with data collected from fee earners) resources
• Assisting with the preparation of filings and transaction bibles

Competition Knowledge Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements

• Educated to degree level
• At least 1+ years of recent paralegal experience gained in a reputable and established law firm setting
• Previous Knowledge Paralegal experience, ideally within Antitrust / Competition
• Ideally knowledge of legal tech including automated contacts, portals, and generative AI tools
