A regional healthcare provider in Chorley is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Treatment Room service. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical care and support, working flexibly within a team. Responsibilities include wound care, patient assessments, and contributing to audits. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust Treatment Room service in the Greater Preston and Chorley South Ribble areas.
If you are able to work autonomously, you are motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic then come and join our team of dedicated treatment room nurses.
The Treatment Room service currently operates from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. We are an appointment only service between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30; however we do hold 2 late evening clinics (up to 20:00) and one early clinic (08:00 start) once a week. Applicants must be willing to work flexibly over 5 days, be able to work well within a team and on their own initiative.
The post holder will assist in the delivery of the objectives set out within the Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust business plan.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
