A prominent healthcare provider is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join their Vale District Nursing team in Shaftesbury. This full-time Band 5 role involves delivering high-quality, holistic nursing care to patients in their homes. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and be prepared to undertake an Enhanced DBS check. We currently have a full time Band 5 post in the Vale District Nursing team, based in Shaftesbury Community Hospital. The post holds 37.5 hours per week and may require flexible working to meet the needs of the service.
Excellent communication skills are required when caring for patients in their own home. Any clinical skills required for this post will be supported. We would welcome applications from newly qualified nurses and provide a very comprehensive, fully supported Preceptorship Programme for newly qualified healthcare professionals.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service can present a valid DBS certificate instead of a new check.
