Overview

Shift Pattern

Shift pattern for this post is variable.

Salary

Salary is pro rata for part‑time hours.

Hours

Effective 1 April 2026 the full‑time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an accessible, appropriate, high‑quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.
  • Be a first‑level Registered Nurse who will support the District Charge Nurse in delivering care to patients with complex needs.
  • Be responsible for providing skilled nursing interventions for patients.
Qualifications

  • NHS experience is preferable.
