A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Community Staff Nurse in Bath. This full-time role involves providing palliative care, undertaking assessments, and supporting families. Applicants should be First Level Nurses with clinical experience and strong communication skills. Working in the Bath and Keynsham area. This is a Full Time position, working 37.5 hours over 5 days. Due to the community based nature of the role, the post holder will need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Using our full breadth of service, we create individual care journeys, which start at diagnosis and continue with bereavement support for family, carers and children.
The successful candidate will work as part of our Bath and Keynsham Team alongside existing members of our very supportive Community Palliative Care Team and will contribute to the delivery of palliative care by providing expertise in decision making, advance care planning & holistic symptom control.
COMMUNITY STAFF NURSE | Band 5 | £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (2025 pay award pending)
