We’re recruiting a Community Nurse to support patients at home following discharge from Southampton General Hospital — helping them recover safely, comfortably, and with continuity of care. With a salary up to £39,000 and the option of either a company car or car allowance, this is an exciting opportunity for a Community Nurse looking for autonomy, clinical variety, and genuine impact in their work.

Delivering high‑quality nursing care in patients’ own homes.
Supporting early hospital discharge and preventing avoidable readmissions.
Building meaningful clinical relationships with patients and MDT partners.
Completing IV therapy administration, wound care, venepuncture, and general nursing duties.
Working a mix of early and late shifts across a 7‑day rota.
Salary up to £39,000
Company car or £4,887.50 car allowance
