Remote Community Moderator – Major Gaming Client

Join our global gaming pioneer as a Remote Community Moderator, working from home to support players in English and French. This role combines your passion for gaming with revenue‑generating gig work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide bilingual support in English and French, ensuring clear communication with players.
  • Engage with community members, crafting personal, on‑brand responses and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor all assigned community channels, applying client moderation guidelines and taking appropriate actions.
  • Coordinate moderation activities with team members and client representatives.
  • Understand and follow escalation pathways for sensitive or critical content, in alignment with client guidelines.
