A health service provider in England is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Nurse for their team in Lowestoft. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care, support medication management, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. They will enjoy extensive training opportunities and an initial annual leave of 27 days, increasing with service. This role offers a salary ranging from £31,049 to £37,796 gross per annum.
We are recruiting a Mental Health Nurse to join our Team in Great Yarmouth and Waveney Locality, where you will be based at Carlton Court Hospital .

We are a crisis led service and team hold cases which involves daily safety planning and reviewing and evaluating case delivery following trust and national policies.
Our primary focus is on collaborative working; placing great emphasis on the assessment/recovery model. Many aspects relating to service user recovery is reflected within the assessment tools the patients and staff use and the philosophy that underpins patient centered care.
