A healthcare organization in Teddington is seeking enthusiastic Community Healthcare Support Workers for their Urgent Community Response pathway. The role involves providing care to patients within the community and requires an essential driving license. We are looking for enthusiastic Community Healthcare Support Workers for RRRT to work in our Urgent Community Response pathway. This role is to provide care and support for patients in the community setting as delegated by the registered nurse.
Access to a motor vehicle is essential, with appropriate driving licence.

The team operates from 08:00-20:00 7 days a week.
To work within RRRT to provide care and support for patients on the urgent community response pathway as delegated by the registered nurse.
You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of nursing care, without direct supervision, and may be required to demonstrate simple procedures to qualified and/or unqualified staff undertaking training where agreed with the nursing team.
