Community Care Worker

As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalised care and support to individuals in need, including the elderly, disabled, or those with special needs. Your duties may include assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Additionally, you will offer emotional support and companionship to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation, if required.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND TRANSPORTATION
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. We provide training for qualified candidates.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if applicable.
