A leading caregiving service provider in Birmingham is seeking compassionate CAREGivers to assist clients in their homes. This role involves delivering personal care and companionship, enriching clients' lives through tailored, one-hour visits. No prior experience is necessary as industry-leading training will be provided. Suitable for individuals looking for part-time work, particularly those available evenings and weekends. Each CAREGiver is carefully selected to suit our clients personality, interests and needs. You will help to enrich the lives of our amazing clients by assisting them to live safely and happily in their own homes. You will be providing a range of services from meaningful companionship to non-medical personal care, tailored to each client. Home Instead aminimum of one-hour visits, meaning that our CAREGivers are not rushed. You have the time to provide the best person-centred care for your clients.
We are looking for CAREGivers who may be able to work within hours between 17:00 and 22:00 during a working week, including 2 evenings, plus alternative weekends that reflect your weekday availability.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver, you will receive industry leading training.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
You must be happy to follow company guidelines in like with COVID-19 and safe PPE practices. This role is best suited for someone looking for part time work and able to commit to regular hours.
