A leading global technology firm is seeking an enthusiastic Employee Communications Specialist to support internal communications across EMEA. This hybrid role in London involves planning and execution of employee communications for go-to-market priorities, writing internal newsletters, and managing content across channels. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in internal or corporate communication, strong writing skills, and the ability to work across cultures. This position does not involve HR-related communications.

Employee Communications Specialist (EMEA) - Global Tech
  • Salary : £50k - £52k pa
  • Location: Hybrid London
  • Contract : 12 months

We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Employee Communications Specialist to support pan-EMEA internal communications, with a strong focus on go-to-market activity and corporate campaigns (plus some product/tech milestones).

You'll work closely with senior comms partners and stakeholders across multiple markets to help align, engage and inspire employees across EMEA.

What you'll be doing
  • Support the planning and execution of EMEA employee comms for GTM priorities and key campaigns
  • Write and edit internal newsletters, intranet content, leadership talking points, and business updates
  • Support town halls and internal moments that matter (including presentation support)
  • Publish and manage content across internal channels (CMS/intranet, email tools, etc.)
  • Help build reporting that shows what's landing and where to improve (awareness/engagement metrics)
What we're looking for
  • 1-2 years' experience in internal comms, corporate comms, PR or similar (tech/fast-paced environment is a plus)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with real attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and follow-through - you can manage multiple deadlines without dropping quality
  • Comfortable working across cultures and markets, with an inclusive comms mindset
  • Bonus: basic slide/visual skills (Google Slides), internal digital/social content experience, interest in GTM and tech
