This hands-on role involves managing internal and external communications while overseeing brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and events. We’re looking for a confident, creative, and strategic Communications & Marketing Manager to own TIG’s full communications narrative, internal, external, branding, employer branding, marketing campaigns, events and crisis communications.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance strategic planning with delivery. You’ll shape how we communicate our story across audiences, driving engagement, strengthening our brand, and protecting our reputation.
As this role supports secure communications, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance and comfortable working within a security-minded environment.
