As a Communication & Community Specialist, your job will be to own and drive the internal communication strategy for Marketing and Sales Excellence (MaSE) department, ensuring consistent, engaging, and targeted messaging across all relevant channels. Your job will include managing and growing the MaSE Community, fostering collaboration and alignment across stakeholders. You will coordinate with Global Communications and Regional teams to support key initiatives such as Learning Week and Academy communications.
There is a preference for the role to be based in Manchester or Cambridge, but multiple Syngenta locations within the UK can be considered.
Syngenta’s site at Cambridge is the location for the commercial operations of Syngenta's Crop Protection, Seeds, Flowers and Lawn & Garden businesses in the UK and Ireland. Activities include sales, marketing, technical support, customer support, HR, Finance and administration functions.
