Job Title: Commissioning Home Manager

Salary: £52,000 per annum + bonus structure

Contract: Full-time

We are seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to lead and shape a new care home on the Isle of Wight. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership, build a team from the ground up, and operate with autonomy. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, and achieving outstanding CQC outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the home with full autonomy.
  • Recruit, build, and develop a dedicated care team.
  • Ensure the home is fully compliant with CQC regulations at all times.
  • Maintain and exceed quality standards, with a proven track record of achieving at least GOOD in CQC inspections.
  • Implement and maintain care plans, policies, and procedures to deliver person-centered care.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the home.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Act as the face of the home within the community and with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
