Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team with daily operations.
• Prepare and create dishes as per pub menu standards.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Skills

Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP

Knowledge of kitchen areas and procedures

• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
