About the Role
Commis Chef – One Devonshire Gardens, Glasgow
12.30 p/h / 16‑hour contract
One Devonshire Gardens is a beautiful Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow, known for its 3‑AA Rosette restaurant.
You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated Commis Chef, joining our dynamic kitchen team to support the delivery of high‑quality dishes and exceptional dining experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food eager to learn and ready to take the next step in their culinary career.
As a Commis Chef you will:
- Support the kitchen team in preparing all areas of the menu.
- Maintain standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
- Move between all sections of the kitchen to gain experience.
- Assist senior chefs in the production of seasonal a‑la‑cote, tasting menus, and afternoon tea.
