Job description

We are extremely pleased to be working exclusively with this highly regarded Leeds based insurance brokerage. Due to growth they have multiple brand new job opportunities available within their commercial insurance team dealing mainly with SME clients with premium spends of up to circa £7500 per annum.

In this role, you will join an excellent team dealing with a wide variety of clients; the atmosphere is fun and enjoyable and very much suited to individuals who enjoy being busy. You will be assisting existing clients, making policy amendments, dealing with new business enquiries, negotiating renewals, liaising and negotiating with insurers and keeping the system up to date using Acturis. There is a big emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.

This role would suit individuals ideally with some commercial insurance experience, preferably gained within an insurance broking environment although we are happy to receive applications from commercial underwriters perhaps interested in moving across into broking or personal lines brokers looking to step up into a commercial broking role.

There is plenty of training available + you will be fully supported to pursue the CII qualifications. Our client is keen to promote from within and so there is plenty of scope to develop you career over the longer term.

This role comes with an excellent basic salary of up to £33k + benefits. This client has a great “team oriented” environment with plenty of social interaction and enjoy being involved in charity initiatives etc.
