A leading recruitment agency in King's Lynn is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to drive business development and manage the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess a FULL UK Driving Licence. Experience in recruitment or sales is preferred. Flexible working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Overview

Berry Recruitment King's Lynn currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in King's Lynn.

At Berry Recruitment, we strive to build strong relationships with our clients and candidates alike to ensure the best possible recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by completing business development activities such as sales calls, sales meetings and drops
• Attract candidates by advertising, CV searching and using social media
• Interview and match candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process

Requirements

• The ability to work towards targets/KPI's
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be self-motivated, driven and resilient
• Possess strong rapport building skills
• Be able to work in a high pressured environment
• Hold a FULL UK Driving Licence

You would ideally have previous recruitment experience or have experience within working in a Sales environment.

Hours

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.
