Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: Dependant on Experience (Circa £40k) | Contract: Full-time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join a respected and forward-thinking law firm. The successful candidate will be joining a team that provides practical, client-focused advice across all aspects of commercial property work.

This is a fantastic role for a solicitor seeking to take ownership of a varied caseload and develop their career within a supportive, professional environment.

The Position

You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documents.
  • Carry out due diligence, title investigation, and property searches.
  • Advise clients on all aspects of landlord and tenant law, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and property disputes.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and client care throughout every matter.
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ years’ PQE, though all levels will be considered).
  • Solid experience in commercial conveyancing and property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with a professional, solutions-focused approach.
