Commercial Property Solicitor, Belfast – Suit 3–5 years’ PQE

Overview

A well-established and respected Belfast law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its experienced team. Known for its practical, solution focused approach and long-standing relationships within the Northern Ireland commercial property market, the firm offers a collaborative working environment with a strong emphasis on work life balance and flexibility.

This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE who enjoys working directly with entrepreneurial clients, managing a varied caseload, and being part of a progressive and well-supported legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, licences, and other property related documentation
• Advise a wide range of clients including developers, investors, SMEs, and corporate occupiers
• Conduct title reviews, prepare due diligence reports, and assist with commercial and mixed-use developments
• Liaise effectively with clients, surveyors, lenders, and external legal teams
• Ensure compliance with all legal, professional, and regulatory standards

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (flexible working arrangements available)

Location: Belfast Office

Essential Experience & Skills

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
• Proven ability to handle transactions independently and provide commercially sound legal advice
• Strong technical knowledge of NI property law and related documentation
