Commercial Real Estate Solicitor | Ipswich | NQ+

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team in Ipswich. This is a chance to build your career with a Top 50 law firm that combines high-profile work with a supportive and collaborative culture.

The role

You'll work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, gaining exposure to acquisitions and disposals, development projects, investment work, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate finance. From the outset, you'll be trusted to handle your own matters (with supervision where needed), while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions.

The team has a strong national client base, including developers, investors, institutions, landowners and occupiers, meaning your work will be varied and stimulating, with plenty of opportunity to develop specialisms as your career progresses.
