This thriving, Legal 500 firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor with a 3-7 years PQE.

You will arrive to a full caseload of commercial property instructions from a diverse client base. You will be experienced in drafting leases and licenses for clients purchasing and disposing of warehouse units, offices, retail and leisure units. You will also be experienced in dealing with rental agreements, rent reviews, property finance and bridging loans.

You should have a stable career history, good client facing skills and be adept at networking ensuring that clients establish a secure relationship with you so that they repeat referrals to the firm.
