The Commercial Property team is expanding, and they're now looking for a Solicitor to play a key role in delivering excellent service to a wide-ranging client base including investors, developers, landlords, and tenants.

In this role, you'll be involved in handling a broad mix of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and secured lending. You'll be encouraged to develop strong client relationships, manage your own caseload, and work closely with colleagues across the firm on more complex matters. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters
• Acting for a variety of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development transactions
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and associated documentation
• Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless client service
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law and best practice

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property (ideally 1 to 5 PQE, though all levels considered)
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle a varied caseload independently
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
