The Role

• Handle a range of commercial property transactions, including buying and selling land, acquiring development sites, securing funding, negotiating business leases for diverse premises (e.g., retail units, restaurants, warehouses, industrial buildings, educational establishments), and facilitating the sale and purchase of unincorporated businesses.
• Represent a wide range of clients: private investors, developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers.

Requirements

• Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (ideally 2+ years post‑qualification experience; the firm happily considers candidates from NQ upwards).
