Senior Commercial Property Lawyer – PQE 7+

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full-time (33.75 hours per week)

About the Role
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with 7+ years PQE to join their dynamic Land & Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Development options and land sales
• Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial premises
• Planning agreements and contracts
• Retail and office premises acquisitions

You will advise clients with diverse property interests, including high street shops, industrial units, hotels, pubs, and restaurants. Collaboration with colleagues across multiple practice areas ensures clients receive fully integrated, holistic advice.
