Youll be joining the Property Department, which encompasses both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property work.

The Role

I am looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / Assistant to provide high-quality support to Fee Earners across the Property Department. This full-time position is ideal for a proactive, confident individual who enjoys working in a client-centred environment.

About You
  • Have previous experience supporting a Property Department, including both residential and commercial property work
  • Bring strong secretarial, administrative, and IT skills, and are comfortable working in a digital or paper-light setting
  • Are self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while contributing positively to a team
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and external contacts
  • Work accurately under pressure with great attention to detail
  • Can ensure compliance with firm procedures and excel standards while carrying out general secretarial duties
