Commercial Property Locum Lawyer

Local Authority

3–6 Month Contract | Hybrid / Remote

Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella)

Venn Group is currently working with a Local Authority to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Locum Lawyer for an initial 3 to 6 month assignment, with the strong possibility of extension.

This is a hybrid/remote role, requiring office attendance once per month, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking flexibility while working on high-quality local government matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters
  • Drafting, negotiating and completing transactional leases and licences
  • Advising and acting on behalf of the Council
  • Handling matters efficiently with minimal supervision
