Commercial Property Lawyer

Salary: £44,290 - £50,246 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Location: Hybrid working - offices located across the East of England

Permanent | Full-time

Overview of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:

Sellick Partnership is excited to be partnered with one of our highly regarded public sector clients to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of commercial property and regeneration projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer to take on a varied caseload supporting a number of public sector clients, providing expert advice on a range of property related matters.

This is a hybrid working role with office presence required twice a week. Offices are located across the East of England with flexibility as to which office you would be preferred to be based.

Main accountabilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:

  • School sites
  • Industrial leases
  • Easements
  • Wayleaves
  • Landlord and tenant advice
  • Sales and Disposals
  • Development projects

Key requirements for the Commercial Property Lawyer role:

  • Applicants are required to be a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer in England or Wales OR a member of the BAR, having completed pupillage
  • Applicants will have legal expertise within commercial property law
  • Ability to conduct legal research, interpret legalisation summarise key points of legalisation and case law
  • Develop and maintain good working relationship with client departments
