Commercial Property / Development Solicitor (1–3 PQE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Development Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to join a highly regarded, Top 100 law firm known for its strength in the housebuilder and development sector.
This role offers exposure to a broad, high-quality workload and the chance to work closely with market-leading partners within a supportive, collegiate team where talent is genuinely recognised and rewarded.
You will advise on a wide range of commercial and residential property matters, including:

Experience acting for developers on acquisitions, development sites, and large-scale residential schemes will be particularly advantageous.
