What would you do as our Commercial Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director you would be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual delivery of our door packages within commercial construction projects. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing sub-contractor relationships, mitigating risks, and overseeing budgets while ensuring compliance with building regulations and client specifications. The successful candidate will also lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers.
