Commercial Manager

Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Pre-Construction team with pricing and preparing bids for new works.
• Review drawings, scopes, and technical documents to form accurate estimates.
• Benchmark solutions and costs using internal project data.
• Prepare clear and precise scope documentation for tender submissions.
• Engage with subcontractors to obtain, assess, and compare quotations.
• Provide commercial and technical insight to strengthen bid submissions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to mitigation strategies.

Commercial Management

• Manage all commercial elements of Temporary M&E works.
• Oversee variations and maintain strong change-control procedures.
• Monitor project costs and prepare reliable weekly and monthly forecasts.

Requeirements for the Commercial Manager role:

• Experience in estimating, commercial management, or M&E temporary works.
