The Role
The Commercial Manager is responsible for ensuring that all commercial aspects of projects and business overheads under their remit are properly managed and controlled, and that commercial strategy is developed and delivered in line with business requirements. Barhale's projects vary in value, complexity and duration, from established frameworks to bespoke projects and unplanned emergency works, ranging from £200k to £10m+. You will drive cost efficiency and provide high-standard commercial analysis, identifying, recording, tracking and realising commercial opportunities while mitigating risk.
