As the Commercial Manager, you will take commercial leadership of a major long-term development in Birmingham. This multi-phase scheme includes high-rise RC frame apartment buildings, infrastructure works, and mixed-use elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the commercial function on a major multi-phase development, managing and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Overseeing procurement, tendering, contract negotiation and commercial reporting across all project phases.
  • Managing cost control, risk, variations and final accounts to ensure strong financial performance throughout the project.
