Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor – HertfordshireA Legal 500 recognised commercial litigation department in central Hertfordshire is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor (around 3+years PQE) to join its expanding team and support a highly regarded partner.

Areas of Work :

• Corporate insolvency, including claims against company directors
• Business mediation and arbitration
• Commercial property disputes
• Contractual disputes
• Debt recovery
• Intellectual property disputes
• Partnership and LLP disputes
• Search and freezing orders, injunctions and imaging
• Shareholder disputes, including unfair prejudice petitions
• Professional negligence claims

Your Profile :
