Qualifications

• Solid experience with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in an in-house or law firm environment.
• Experience in conducting advertising clearance and commercial contract law.
• Good knowledge of data protection law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on all commercial legal aspects of the business for Publicis Groupe agencies.
• Draft and negotiate services agreements with clients and vendors.
• Assist in disputes and litigation resolution.
