Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage or retail best practice.
• Proven experience managing a commercial operation and achieving financial targets.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety, food safety, and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in people leadership, team development, and motivation.
• Effective financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage food & beverage and retail outlets while delivering exceptional service.
• Be responsible for financial performance, forecasting sales and managing budgets.
• Ensure health and safety compliance meets legislation and Trust standards.
• Drive innovation and seasonal campaigns, training the team to upsell.
• Collaborate with property teams to ensure commercial success supports conservation.
