Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the commercial function on allocated contracts.
• Provide reports on commercial and contractual matters.
• Ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships.
• Produce monthly reports for financial performance.

Skills

Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management

Experience with main civil engineering contractors

Track record of delivering own high value projects

Management of a commercial team

Increasing profit margins
