Our customer, a multinational technology company, is looking for an Israel-qualified Commercial lawyer for a 6-month contract role.

Role Description
  • Provide legal support to Israel product development teams on software licensing topics.
  • Support sales teams on commercial agreements including sales, pricing, and distribution agreements in Israel and potentially other European territories.
  • Offer first-line legal support and counseling to Israel HR teams on employment law issues, with support from in-house employment law experts and outside counsel.
  • Assist with Israel litigation matters, both commercial and HR-specific, supported by in-house litigation experts and outside counsel.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of policies, processes, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader EMEA legal team to identify compliance risks, develop corrective actions, and provide guidance to prevent future issues.
Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer in Israel or England & Wales.
  • 7+ years of relevant legal experience post-qualification.
  • Experience in law firms and in-house roles.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong communication skills: able to understand complex matters and provide practical advice.
  • Pragmatic approach focusing on risk-optimized solutions.
